Make a 450x450 white background image open the city scene and ecp as new layer resize to fit your area open two frames or use same frame,but duplcate,mirror frame. open a glitter paper,fill both frames with it,by selecting inside each frame add new layer,then fill using materials pallet.select none repeat this on both frames then repeat using a couple of tubes of choice same artist please,no mixing... layers merge visible only the frames,paper and tube layers keep white layer hidden till the end of tutorial effects,xero/improver on layers merged default settings duplicate,set on soft light merge layers again open a siloette of choice select all/float/defloat.... duplicate two times, for a total of 3 copies keep selcted,highlight top layer,effects/ alienskin,constelation play with the settings random seed on top layer is on 1 each layer hit the random seed to make it a bit different add your name,© and wording unhide white layer,hide two of the siloettes, layers merge visible, ecp into animation shop as new animation back to psp press undo, and merge next siloette and repeat over in animation shop repeat untill all 3 layers are in animation shop edit,select all, animation/properties set it 25 hit view,if happy,save your gif.
