Simple little tutorial open the pink/blk frame ecp it onto a 550x550 blank image using mw(magic wand) tap inside frame,modify/expand by 3 choose a paper, ecp as new layer resize 80% on paper only keep selected open a closeup tube,repeat ecp new layer repeat delete select nown set tube layer to soft light add the black skull top left the heart swirl to right top and tag element on bottom right layers merge visible add another paper as new layer load favorite mask layers/merge group/then visible add your main tube add a slight shadow to it using a thin font type out wild child, set to soft light add your name,© for artist and save your tag.
